4. Quotes, Pricing & Payments
Prices listed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on project scope.
Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement, however our usual terms of payment are 50% upfront and 50% once the work is complete and the site is handed over to the client.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Work will not commence until the required deposit has been received.
5. Revisions & Delivery
Each package includes a set number of revisions (as listed in the package details).
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Timelines will be agreed upon before work begins, but delays may occur if we are waiting on content, approvals or payments from you.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of your website design and content (excluding licensed stock assets, fonts or software) will transfer to you.
Solis Web Tech retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
We may integrate third-party tools, plugins or services (e.g. payment gateways, booking systems). We are not responsible for the availability, performance or policies of those third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solis Web Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for services.
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
We strive to provide high-quality websites but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Search engine rankings, sales conversions, or business outcomes are not guaranteed.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are not made as agreed.
